Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return policy requirements. Once approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing may depend on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
